50% deposit due at least three weeks before party to secure booking.

Please note you will have to provide your own referee, this is not included in your party booking. Payment is for hire of the hall and equipment.

If you require team bibs these will need to be supplied by you also.

(Not available as part of inflatable soft play – Tuesday-Friday 10.00-11.30)

There is no limit on amount of parents supervising.

Splash and swim

We are able to offer you three options; both include the use of the teaching pool and splash pad.

Party room hire with food (1.5hrs) Only available for private bookings.

There is also an option to hire our new party room when you order from our new fantastic party menu available to book Monday –Sunday. You are able to decorate this as you wish and we are able to provide table clothes napkins etc. (maximum capacity of 30 children)

Please remember to provide any dietary requirements or allergies. Please provide information on the type of menu required and how many people this will be for, and any additional information that may be helpful.

For party food bookings, we will need the final menu confirmation including drinks at least 3 weeks before the party date, to ensure enough time to prepare.

UV Cotswold Children’s Party package

The party is one hour of UV party fun with host Roxy, followed by 45 minutes in the party room where you will be served food, catered by the Cheltenham Trust.

The UV party is crammed with activities, puppets, games and UV magic show, including UV face paint and glow sticks to take away with you. There will be a snow ball fight – with UV glow balls.

The cost is £200 including room hire from December 2024; introductory offer: £175 inclusive of room hire, entertainer, face paint and glow sticks. UV glow balloons and food is charged extra per child. Food starts approx £5 per child and this is bookable directly through the Cheltenham Trust catering team. Times are fixed, either: 12:30-1:30pm UV party with 1:30-2:15pm food;

Or 2-3pm UV party with 3-3:45pm food.

T&Cs

To secure a private booking date and time we ask for a deposit of 50%. The full amount must be paid at least 3 weeks prior to party date. This deposit is non-refundable. Please note we need at least 14 days’ notice to allow for a private booking to be secured. Timings for parties run according to our current soft play/splash and swim/public swim and dive sessions available online. On weekends Leisure at Cheltenham closes by 7pm and the Café closes at 6pm so after the later swim sessions the party room is unavailable.

If you cancel your confirmed booking this notification must be made in writing and will be effective on the date received by the Trust, the following charges will be payable on demand:

  • 3 months or less prior to event = 100% of total booking costs.
  • 6 months – 3 months prior to your event = 75% of total booking costs.
  • 12 months – 6 months prior to your event = 50% of total booking costs.
  • Over 12 months prior to your event = 25% of total booking costs.
